The Montréal Roses confirm that midfielder Félicia Roy has been selected by Canada Soccer for the Canada Women’s Under-20 training camp in Costa Rica, from April 7 to 17, 2026.

Originally from Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, Roy is no stranger to the Canadian national program. At 15 years old, she received her first call-up to the Canada U-17 team, going on to help earn a bronze medal at the 2022 CONCACAF Women's U-17 Championship and representing Canada at the 2022 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup in India.

Now 19, Roy made 20 appearances (9 starts) during the inaugural NSL season in 2025, recording 2 assists in 816 minutes of play. Before joining the Roses in January 2025, she was named RSEQ Rookie of the Year in 2023 and RSEQ MVP in 2024 with the Champlain College Saint-Lambert Cavaliers, while also playing for the CF Montréal Academy in Ligue1 Québec.

Roy will be absent from Roses training camp for the duration of the national team gathering and will rejoin the team upon her return. The club wishes her an excellent camp with the national team.
