Lisa Pechersky is a technically gifted midfielder who arrives at Roses FC with experience across four of Europe’s top women’s leagues and a championship title to her name.
A product of the Woodbridge Strikers and the Ontario Provincial Team, Pechersky earned a gold medal at the Canadian National Championships before heading to the University of Memphis in 2016. Over five seasons with the Tigers, she developed into a key contributor, earning All-AAC Second Team honours and four consecutive Academic All-Conference selections while completing her degree in Health Studies. At Memphis, she was teammates with Roses co-captain Tanya Boychuk for three seasons.
Pechersky launched her professional career in Sweden in 2021, signing with Lidköpings FK in the second-tier Elitettan. After a strong debut season, she moved up to the Damallsvenskan with KIF Örebro DFF in 2022. In early 2023, she signed with PSV Eindhoven in the Netherlands before being transferred to Norway’s Vålerenga for the second-highest fee in PSV Women’s history. With Vålerenga, she won the 2023 Toppserien title. She returned to Sweden with Vittsjö GIK in 2024 before signing with Vancouver Rise FC ahead of the inaugural Northern Super League season.
In 2025, Pechersky played a central role in Vancouver’s run to the NSL Final, appearing in 27 matches (26 starts) and contributing 4 goals and 4 assists across 2,243 minutes.
