Her love for soccer began in childhood, inspired by her family’s encouragement. From her earliest years on the field, she displayed determination and a deep passion for the game, which only grew stronger as she progressed through competitive levels. At UConn, she embraced a leadership role, helping her team succeed both on and off the field. Scoring the game-winning goal in her freshman year to advance to the playoffs remains one of her proudest moments.
Off the field, Lucy is passionate about giving back, having worked with Special Olympics and reading to children in Connecticut communities. She values the opportunity to inspire and support young athletes, understanding the impact that mentorship can have.
