Savannah Chenail is a young, talented player who embodies the future of women's soccer in Quebec. With the Montréal Roses, she continues to pursue her dream of playing professionally while completing her studies to earn a degree.
Versatile on the field, she excels as an attacking fullback or winger, using her refined technique and game intelligence to create offensive opportunities and strengthen her team's defensive solidity. Before each match, she listens to Spanish music and chews gum, rituals that help her focus and clear her mind.
From the age of 3, Savannah followed in her brother’s footsteps and developed a passion for soccer with AS Blainville, a club that quickly became like family to her. Her talent and determination led her to play in higher age categories, opening the doors to Team Québec and the Women's Excel Program (PEF) at just 14 years old. That same year, she competed in the Canadian Championship with her club’s first team and won gold in 2022. Savannah also had the opportunity to develop within the CF Montréal Academy’s women's program, gaining valuable experience at a higher level and qualifying for the Canadian Championship for a second time, where she won silver.
Today, with the Roses, Savannah continues her growth, determined to push her limits and contribute to the team's success. She sees this opportunity as a unique chance to learn alongside experienced players and proudly represent her city while showcasing Quebec's talent on the professional stage.
